Dancing on the bar
For years I have been trying to do the pull ups, my goal- just one unassisted pull up. I had tried all the different progressions, used resistance bands, used the assisted pull up stations in the gym and yet, I was still unsuccessful. It was not until I learnt to work the supporting muscles that I first started to see any results. With the right exercises, I built up the muscles on my back, biceps and more importantly, the core. Within a short period, I had progressed from one to ten. It was at a training session that my friend challenged me to put my new found skills to music. To music? Why not, I am always up for a challenge!!!!
